So it’s that time of year.  It’s Comic Con time.  In the past this just meant a bunch of dorks dressed up like super heroes and storm troopers.  However over the last 20 year the Con has become more and more about big reveals in the Media realm outside of comics.  Popular movies and TV shows routinely have panels and other things going on, and generally something cool and or shocking is hinted at or revealed.

Picking up from last week we see Sam following Daphne(who knows his secret) and finds out she has one of her own! She’s also a shape-shifter. What I don’t get is why Sam doesn’t ask her about the claw marks on her back? Maybe he’ll get around to it. Passing by the two, Terry and Darlene still seem to be under MaryAnn’s creepy trance.

The opener of this episode finds Sheriff Carter(Colin Ferguson) getting ready for his bi-annual recertification exam aka his physical and finding out that Jo(Erica Serra) has aced hers and the doctor offers her diagnosis for Jo as “perfect” all to Fargo’s(Neal Grayston)  boyish crush-like agreement.

I hear it time, and time again.  There is some kind of bias against sci-fi and fantasy by the major awards:  Oscars, Emmy, and Golden Globes.  So the question that must be asked is, is that true?

The beginning of this seasons Eureka we find the ex-Sheriff Jack Carter job hunting with Homeland Security. Thorne has gone into hiding and “Sheriff Andy” shows up.

This episode starts off with Jason wandering around the Light of Day camp at the dead of night when he notices things have been trashed and thrown around and doors have been left open. He walks into his dorm room only to find all of his room mates laying dead and bloody everywhere. Then a masked character emerges from the shadows and jumps Jason only for poor Jason to discover he’s been the butt of a huge prank. Jason punches Luke Man right square in the nose, rips off his clip-on tie and tells his peers that “Vampires are not a joke”.
