Star Wars: Clone Wars will begin it’s second season on Cartoon Network next Friday and this season the story line will include “The Bounty Hunters”.
Clone Wars was given some flack for having a flat lined arc for most of it’s successful first season, only to simply expand on the already told story from The Clone Wars movie. Character’s have been introduced and developed, no it’s time to start telling more interesting stories!
Star Wars: Clone Wars will air on Cartoon Network Friday’s at 8c.
Any word on when the Live Action TV show is going into production? It is supposed to based on characters outside of the Solo-Skywalker storyline but still within canon.
Not heard much about that in a while. Last I heard had production starting in 2010, but that’s probably slipped.
John and Neil-The live-action tv show is coming along very slowly from what i hear.It’s in pre-production in Australia and that’s all the Lucas Ranch has leaked out so far,i’ll keep you posted! There will be a familiar face or two or three,maybe a Boba Fett! The same kid playing him too! Also a really good looking voice actor from the cartoon will have a role on the show! She’s a babe!

Your hearing the same stuff I heard, especially the part about a few familiar faces and names.
I assume it would air on Fox, as News Corp. owns the movie distribution rights and would want it on their network. I guess it could replace Dollhouse in the fall of 2010, and actually have a decent following.
You know John i’m not sure on that.Remember WB put out the Clone Wars cartoon movie and co-distributes the cartoon show. I think Lucas and Fox might be done but we’ll see,i’m sure WB wanted to make more money on the Clone Wars cartoon movie! If i hear anything i’ll post it!whoever does get the live action show will be a very high bidder! Which pretty much leaves cable out!
