Three Rivers is a GREAT show. Alex O’Loughlin is a WONDERFUL actor. CBS should give the show a chance. It has been drawing more viewers. I was and still am a huge Moonlight fan. I do think Three Rivers can have a better story line then Moonlight.

I love this show too and hope it has a reversal of fortune. It has vastly improved week to week and this weeks was the best yet. Mandy Patinkin had me on the verge of tears. He was phenomenol.

Betty, NBC picking up a full season of Mercy has absolutely nothing whatsoever to do with CBS and Three Rivers. CBS is actually a successful network. NBC is not.

As for the repeat, as I said earlier, that’s more likely trying to make back some of the money CBS is losing before they cancel the show and it’s too late to do so.

Well , NBC has just ordered more episodes of Mercy , so , maybe your source is wrong after all , because Mercy is not doing so great either. Plus CBS is doing a Three R. rerun next Saturday. Don’t think they would had done that if they were thinking in dumping the show

Thankfully, those who deride Alex’s talent
are in the minority. Of the scripts offered
to him, I believe Three Rivers was probably
the best of a bad lot. CBS claims to be in
Alex’s corner, but they couldn’t come up
with anything original for him. He should
cut himself loose from CBS and move on. And
for the person who thinks Kate Moennig should be the star of Three Rivers: she’s
pretty good in the show but she’s a nobody
compared to Alex O’Loughlin.

Well, here’s hoping that if/when it does get canceled for sure, Kate Moennig goes on to land a brilliant show. She deserved better than to play second fiddle to this talentless schmuck Alex O, who’s been handed TWO shows and lost them both because he is such massive fail. If CBS would only develop a show for Kate and put her in the lead, they’d have a powerfully strong hit. Alex’s audience isn’t big enough or influential enough, but Kate’s got the ability and the fanbase to make something really big work and work well.

I hope they cancel this show sooner rather than later.I’m sorry,but Alex O doesn’t deserve a show and CBS needs to wise up to that fact.I watched the first episode out of curiosity and couldn’t even finish it.Simply terrible.
I do hope Miami Trauma is better than this and maybe it will last.I miss ER.

Cheryl, unfortunately you’re wrong. Sports advertisements score extremely well for retention, etc. I think CBS should be applauded by O’Loughlin fans for green lighting the show they didn’t believe in just because he was in it. The ratings suck, and that isn’t the fault of CBS. Football is the best lead in anyone could ask for.

I have a simple solution to give Three Rivers the chance it deserves AND make Cold Case fans happy: CANCEL FOOTBALL!! Some day TPTB among advertisers are going to wake up and realize 1: Most decisions about family money are made by WOMEN; 2: Most people watching football are NOT WOMEN; and 3: Allowing sports, especially football, to supercede everything else on TV causes a LOT of ANGER among the families’ financial “decision makers.”

Beyond simple logic, I am just disgusted with CBS and the way they have treated Alex O’Loughlin! If they don’t FIX this situation and Three Rivers is either cancelled or not renewed, then I’m done. I will BLOCK CBS on all of my televisions. There are too many good cable channels I can watch. Sorry, Alex, I just can’t support a company like CBS. You have a special gift. Maybe it’s time to look for greener pastures.
