Silly Mischa. She can go from super-good looking to hobo in a matter of days. Today I read an interesting article and few things jumped out at me.
“But they were unable to bring in an audience to it. It’s like they’ve got two other franchises going on there at the same time, and we got swallowed up,” she added of The CW.
You are right about that. On Tuesday CW has 90210 and Melrose Place – both pretty big shows back in their original Fox days but not so much today. The 7 year old ONE TREE HILL destroys them. Being “swallowed up” made me grin since you did come on right after AMERICA’S NEXT TOP MODEL.
“It was really sweet after [the show was canceled] because all these people Twittered the next day, like 10,000 people Twittered trying to save the show and stuff,” Mischa continued. “It reminded me how important the core fan base is. Whatever bulls**t gets written, you know you’ve got fans out there who care.”
Are you sure? I mean, I really didn’t do a mass search on TBL the next day, but I did post about people on Twitter trying to save the show:
Even though viewers have only had the pleasure to watch 85 minutes of The Beautiful Life: TBL before it got cancelled apparently there is an uprising who must save it.
Yes, fans have taken to Twitter *snicker* to get the word out about the Mischa Barton show that was quickly canned after 2 episodes on The CW. Excuse me while I sign the petition to bring back DO NOT DISTURB instead.
In the time since I made that post (9/28) only 13 new people have joined the cause. Maybe some people just quit…
Sorry Mischa, back to DTV movies for you! Maybe you and Ben McKenzie could get a O.C. reunion show going on? Adam Brody isn’t up to anything…
i know u were joking but i would definaly love an oc reunion show! lol
